fandom dump... or something
Sep. 4th, 2008 11:09 pmBy now you've probably noticed I like to dump a lot of things in one post. Unless I start talking about serious matters, which only come up about once every two months. XD Since I've been missing talking about my fandom/s, might as well talk about it in much length, yes? Hopefully you wouldn't get tired of me blabbering though. :P
24 hour TV: Well, you know me. I always react to these things a little late. Anyway, because I flailed much seeing Nino's new hair, I kind of took screencaps of the broadcast at that day (August 30). The sad thing though, is that I stopped watching during Jun's drama (because let's face it, no matter how much tuned in, I wouldn't understand much of it :P), and when the clock reached 1am (2am in Japan).
And then I learned Nino wrote THE letter. Honestly, Nino was a perfect choice, but I never realized it until that happened. We're all aware that Nino's the least to show emotions (but not affection XD), so saying emotions was perhaps a big step for him. And I'm proud of him, more than I am with anyone else. I especially liked the "I'm glad I met you" line, and of course, "Daisuki." Who would've thought Nino could say such a thing? XD
Chatting with Pao (finally): Pao isn't really a new acquaintance, I've known her ever since I got hooked into JDramas. She's our Arashi senpai, if I may say so. LOL. Anyway, she's Jenny's partner-in-crime (like the Sakuraiba of our circle of friends XD) and I've never really had a chance to talk to her that much.
Until we caught each other online this week. As soon as she said "Hi!" to me, I immediately brought up 24hr TV (and Nino's letter) to her, because I think I was too hyped up to talk about anything else. XD But we talked about a bunch of things: Matsuda Shota, Super Junior, Hey! Say! Jump (and Chinen LOL), and our favorite topic, Arashi. :P
Well, I feel like I found that "fan connection" with her once we started talking. Especially when we finally talked about Nino's letter. And she's funny--well I think all Arashi fans are. XD And the highlight of our conversation, her dream wedding with Aiba-chan.
It started with Nino's letter, and she told me that she's the same with Nino. They are both snarky, like games, and kind of avoid showing emotions. And then I brought up how I was similar with Sho: smart, pretty much fail at sports and art, and always looks after people. So we concluded from there that Nino and Sho are probably our long-lost brothers. Haha. XD
Then, she jokingly told me that if ever Nino became her brother, this would be the scenario at her wedding:
Nino: [after walking Pao down the aisle] YOU, don't screw this up. [smacks Aiba on the head]
Aiba: O-Okay.
Pao: [LOLing]
Me (at my seat): [to other guests] Please forgive him. He's... always like this. Ahehe.
Then I'd probably rush down the aisle myself and take away Nino from the altar. And give Aiba an ice pack. XD
AND FINALLY.
Priest: You may now kiss the bride.
Nino: asldklssl;; AIBA, ONLY ON THE FOREHEAD!! THE FOREHEAD!!
She definitely needs to write an Arashi fic one of these days. :DDD
House/Cuddy = CANON: Er, sorry for jumping fandoms, but for the meantime I'll stop talking about Arashi.
I think this post and this one are the gates of heaven for House/Cuddy fans. Especially when creator David Shore said (in US Weekly, if I'm not mistaken), "If House is capable of any relationship with anyone, it's Cuddy. We can't have them dancing around forever."
ASKDJALS;;. LIKE, ILU DAVID SHORE. You're the angel (or god?) of House/Cuddy fans. AND YOU SAID IT! Looks like I'm going to love Season Five.Even if House and Wilson would probably drift apart a bit. D: And love House, M.D. even more. *____*
Toma on Akashiya San-Channel: Last for today (I'm cutting this post short 'cause my head hurts again T___T), I must say I never went wrong on Toma. :P I'll tell you why:
Excuse me while I go scream somewhere I won't be heard. skdslka';'s;sl

Not important, but crappy screencaps!!
Yankumi, er... I mean Nakama Yukie. I took this because I wanted to show her to Jo. "She's still pretty," is what Jo said. I agree. :)
Well. I don't need an explanation for this right? I was so giddily happy when I saw Nino's hair. He cut his hair this time before it's too late. XD
I think this was before the airing of Jun's drama? And useless info: I like Karina, btw.
And Sho! Well, not really. Jenny was surprised with Sho's new hairstyle, but I quite like it.
